WAVE doesn't restrict you to equipment of a certain type, so there's no need to replace your existing radios. WAVE integrates and mixes audio from any source, and supports the specialized requirements of most radio systems, including tone injection, hardware signaling devices, and voltage manipulation.

WAVE scales to support even the largest organizations; there is no limit to the number of radio endpoints that can join a WAVE conference. WAVE Media Servers can support dozens of audio conversations, and multiple WAVE Media Servers can be interconnected, minimizing network bandwidth and providing coverage over widespread distances.
